Do I have all completely satisfied patients?

I guess not. Those patients will not be part of this brand new testimonial section. Still, I rarely find myself saying things like: "this is good as it can get." Most patients are thrilled with their results, and even the patients with "problem cases" usually end up quite content. I pride myself on great communication, listening precisely to the chief complaint, providing a realistic expectation, and encouraging the patient's own observations throughout treatment.

I wish I could have a live message board, or a way to send an e-mail out to all of my patients for a wide range of views on our office experience, but that technology is beyond this website. If a referral is important, you can ask around our waiting room, or we can refer you to a patient with a similar case, once we get their consent.

These next two referrals were unsolicited, and found on a website that reviews local dentists. The first of the two is an example of a potential "problem patient" becoming quite satisfied.

Dr. Goodman did a great job with my teeth. His manner is very pleasant, and I always felt that he knew what he was doing, was up-to-date on the best techniques, and really cared about my experience throughout my treatment as well as getting the best outcome, without losing sight of my personal goals and preferences. My only complaint was that his treatment plan lacked decisiveness; I would have preferred a more aggressive and less conservative approach in order to complete my treatment much more quickly. But he generously honored his initial price even as the treatment dragged on, and didn't quit until my teeth looked far better than I ever imagined possible!

As Dr. Goodman is moving to new offices, I'm sure the facilities rating will be much higher by the time you see this referral. The great thing about Dr Goodman is that if you're on time, he's on time - and having to see him at least once a month, that's important. All I can say about the result is that I'd never have imagined my teeth could look this good! Dr. Goodman's staff is very professional and dealt with my insurance provider with little effort on my part. Any time I had a problem, his staff got me in and out - AND IT WAS PAINLESS! And working with my dentist on post orthodontic work was again, effortless on my part. Kudos for the job doc!

I had a wonderful orthodontic experience! I had two choices for my teeth as an adult: cosmetic braces or invalign. After careful review of all my options with Dr. Goodman, I decided to go with cosmetic braces. I was very delighted with my choice. Dr. Goodman clearly explained to me what to expect with braces, and gave me an accurate estimate of how long I would have them on (nine to ten months). It has been eleven months since getting my braces, and they are already off. My teeth are straight and still white! My expectations were definitely met, and exceeded! - NB

After a consultation with another orthodontist, I was told that Invisalign wouldn't work for me and that I would need to wear metal braces for a year and a half and have one of my teeth pulled. This wasn't acceptable to me. So, I did some research and found Dr. Goodman's website. My consultation with Dr. Goodman was the complete opposite of my previous experience. He told me that he had already handled a case using Invisalign that was similar to mine and he even showed me a computer animation of that case's treatment. Best of all, he told me that I wouldn't need to have any of my teeth pulled. Now that my treatment is over, I can tell you that Dr. Goodman was right on the money. I never needed to wear metal braces or have a tooth pulled and Invisalign worked great. I'm very happy with how my teeth look now. Dr. Goodman is as close to an Invisalign expert as you're going to get. He's handled so many cases, that he knows how to save you time and give you the best possible treatment. I think that my case would have dragged on much longer had I been treated by someone else. Dr. Goodman and his staff are also great to deal with. They are very friendly and accommodating. I can go on and on about how good my overall experience has been. If you're considering Invisalign or any other orthodontic work, you should definitely see Dr. Goodman.
