Meet Dr. Margareth Mintzberg

Education
Originally from Brazil, I have attended schools in both South American and the United States. I received my undergraduate degree and my Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Columbia University and Columbia University Dental School. My post-graduate training and orthodontic residency were completed through New York University’s Orthodontic Residency. I’ve also attended the American School of Rio de Janeiro, and I am fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Continuing Education is important to me, because it allows me to stay current with the latest trends and techniques in orthodontics, so that I am always able to offer my patients to most advanced treatment options. I am currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, and I am certified as board eligible by the American Board of Orthodontics, both providing me with endless opportunity for continuing education.

I love living and working in New York. The people, the culture, and the city are all so alive! Most of all, I love spending time with my husband, Peter, our son, Thomas, and our Daughter Sophia. My life is filled with wonderful smiles, even outside of the practice!
