Dr. Goodman is an Invisalign Elite provider, placing him in the top 1% of all Invisalign providers in the world. As of 2007 less than twenty other practices in the world have started more cases using Invisalign®. Perhaps more importantly, Dr Goodman is currently on the faculty of Align Technology, the parent company of Invisalign. He currently lectures around the country for Align Technology. No Invisalign provider in the northeast has a more thorough and inside knowledge of the products strengths and application. He is also founder of ClinReview.com, a consulting company that provides advice for less experienced Invisalign providers. As a Board certified orthodontist, he limits his practice to the alignment of teeth and correction of malocclusions.

Expertise with the Invisalign appliance is critical. Diagnostically, some cases that seem minor are not suited for Invisalign®, and for other seemingly complex cases, Invisalign® is as effective as traditional braces. This judgment is based on experience with the product. In addition, if your teeth are not moving with Invisalign precisely according to the plan, the practitioner needs to know what steps to take. These pathways are too detailed to mention here, but suffice it to say that the subtleties of Invisalign treatment are lost to many practitioners less experienced with the product.
